Lara was an original member of NLP co-founder John Grinder's first training team, Lara teaches at major NLP institutes on four continents. She started teaching for NLP Comprehensive in the early 80's, and co-developed the NLP Negotiation Model and the NLP Comprehensive Trainer Training program.
As a specialist in cross-cultural training, customer service, presentation skills, and executive coaching, Lara consults with major companies around the world. Her corporate clients include such organizations as American Express, Citicorp, and Hewlett Packard.
